What happens if my site is hacked while under Website Care Plan?
We restore it from the last clean copy at no additional cost, identify the entry vector, close the door, and reinforce the site. This is included in all plans.
Do I need to have my site hosted with you?
No. We can protect WordPress sites hosted on any hosting (cPanel, Plesk, dedicated servers). If you host it with us, we integrate even more layers.
Does the plan include changes to the site?
The Essential Plan covers maintenance and security, not design changes or new sections. The Total Plan includes a pool of 3 hours per month for minor adjustments (texts, images, small layout adjustments).
What do I receive as a monthly report?
A PDF with: uptime, blocked attacks, detected vulnerabilities, backups made, updates applied, response times, and recommendations for the next month.
Can you detect if someone injected malicious code?
Yes. We scan modified files, compare checksums against official versions, and review the database. The Total Plan scans weekly, the Essential Plan monthly.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The plans are monthly with no commitment. Cancel whenever you want; we prefer you stay for results, not a contract.
