Which platform is best for me?

It depends on your volume and needs. Mailchimp is user-friendly but expensive at scale. Brevo offers better pricing with automations. ActiveCampaign is great for integrated CRM + email. MailerLite is ideal for simplicity. We recommend the best fit after a diagnosis, with no affiliate bias.

Why are my emails landing in spam?

Typical causes include domains without SPF/DKIM, low reputation from past spam, subject lines with trigger words, purchased lists, or poor text-to-image ratios. We perform domain warm-up and ensure correct technical configuration to help them land in the Inbox.

How many emails should be sent per month?

Between 2 and 4 campaigns a month works well for most businesses (e-commerce can go up to 6-8). More is not always better: over-saturating decreases open rates and increases unsubscribes. We measure and adjust based on your audience.

What is an automation?

Do you only do email, or also SMS and WhatsApp?
